High resolution CT for defining a high riding Jugular Bulb

Has anyone had a high resolution thin slice CT (with or without contrast) of the temporal bone to further define a high riding jugular bulb? Two otologists are refusing to provide a script for it although numerous medical studies state the condition, which requires a high resolution scan, can cause tinnitus, hyperacusis and hearing loss.
