High Cancer correlation with dermatomyocytosis diagnosis?

Has anyone else been diagnosed with dermatomyositis with a positive TI 1 gamma Antibody?
I would appreciate any feedback on how to be thoroughly screened for cancer. We’ve covered the obvious ones- internal organs.
