Has anyone experienced hematospermia after radiation?
Has anyone experienced hematospermia after radiation ? I have it it off & on over the years before pc. Have always had it checked out. Doc says normal don’t worry about it.
Did have cystoscopy & pt scan. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.

I had it for a year prior to my PC diagnosis in July of 2024. My PSA was rising through 2 and my Primary Care Doctor said it was normal. I said normal?! isnt blood in semen like number 4 on the how to diagnose PC in the PC book for dummies?
I insisted on seeing a Urologist who told me it was normal and with a PSA of only 2 not to worry. I insisted on an MRI that turned out to be negative, then I insisted on a biopsy and there it was… a large Gleason 3/4 lesion occupying 20% of the prostate.
Apologies received from both my Primary Care Doctor and Urologist.
I had Surgery in October 2024, no radiation… yet 🙂
