Help: ANA 1:40 with mitotic spendle fibers

Hello,

I just got a ANA test with positive 1:40 with mitotic spendle fibers. I had been experiencing severe abdominal pain, bone patches on scans, hematuria, acute dyspnea and GI bleeds.

Has anyone had this patters in ANA? I had another ANA positive with only 1:40 with spendle patterns but not mitotic. I’m being followed by OBGYN Oncologist for CIN3 without clear margins after LEEP…
