Hello @confidence234 – I see this is your first post on Mayo Connect.
Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect, an online community where people can share experiences and ask each other questions about any health issue.
We are not medical professionals who can offer medical advice.
One of the great things with mayo Connect, is sharing with and finding other members with similar stories or situations that can be of benefit to you.
Receiving news that a loved one is entering a life changing situation is extremely difficult for all concerned.
Can you share more information at this time?
What type of cancer has she been diagnosed with?
Knowing more may allow us to suggest more specific groups for you to follow.

Hi @confidence234, i'm sorry to hear that. If possible don't rush with treatments. Tests are important & if possible at different hospitals.
I Hope all will be well.
Hello, @confidence234 I’m sure you are very stressed because of your girlfriend’s cancer and the virus that’s everywhere. But if you can reach out again, maybe we can help you. Can you contact us?
Hi @confidence234, you'll notice that I moved your messages into one discussion. Here is some information for you to learn more about stomach cancer and how it is treated.

It is good that the cancer was detected at an early stage. She is lucky to have you to support and care for her. What you can do to help is to keep track of all tests, lab results and procedures. Are you her main caregiver?
@confidence234, this is an online community where patients offer support for one another. It is not a site for medical advice or diagnostic expertise from medical professionals. We are limited in how much we can help. Is your girlfriend being cared for at a cancer center?
@confidence234 is your girlfriend under the care of a cancer doctor and surgeon? Stage 1 cancer is very treatable but only if treatment is started early. Please take your girlfriend to a doctor as soon as you can. The doctor can also help with her diet and sleep problems.
We all care for you two, but you need to get her the care she needs. Can you do that?

So sorry to hear that! I am hoping for great care in Nigeria.
