Hello my name is sarah. i am interested in healthy eating and am wondering if anyone knows if coconut oil really helps and for what and how much does one need to ingest to see benefit.thanks
It’s a much more natural oil than typical vegetable oils (highly processed) and I cook with it all the time. I would recommend just starting cooking with it when you make things and see if you notice any improvements. You can certainly use it to for lots of other things though if you want to; on your skin, clean out your month, etc.
