Hello, I need help. My husband was diagnosed as a Bi-polar, Borderline

Hello,
I need help. My husband was diagnosed as a Bi-polar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic, Dependent Personality Disorder, Major Depression. He is in denial, episode of mood swings, volatile anger, impulsive spending, and a cheater. I am worn out and separated with him since last year 2011. I don't speak to him because when we converse he is nice and then turn into a different person, he would cuss at me. I need help here to understand my husband. Not wanting to take meds.

I understand your struggle. Has he ever given meds a try? Does he have a psychiatrist? Is he willing to go for counseling? People think the meds will make them a different person. Hard to understand why someone wouldn't want that when they have such diagnosis'. How does he think it is working out not taking meds?
