I have been experiencing this weird, constant dizziness for the last 4 months.
Kind of a float-y sensation with mild loss of balance.

I have had an ECG done (normal), ears checked and cleaned, hearing test (normal), and blood test (normal). ENT doctors also found a nasal polyp in my nose which I’ve had surgery for 3 weeks back, but seems to be unrelated to the dizziness.
I’ve also seen a physiotherapist who had me do gaze stabilization excercises 3 times a day, but does not improve the situation.
I’m seeing a neurologist in 2 weeks.

The past week, the conditition has deteriorated somewhat and I can experience vertigo when I wake up or roll over in bed.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, and what sort of diagnosis/treatment were you given?

Also did an eye screening, corneal arcus found both eyes. Seems to have higher than normal cholesterol levels.
