Hello ahmedullah, I understand your ailment because i too suffer with depression. Getting over a relationship is also a difficult proposition. It takes time, yet as we age the loss is easier to accept. Life does go on even though all seems like the end of th world. Also, in order to overcome financial strain, try debt consolidation such as CCCS (Consumer Credit Counseling). I was in debt over $30,000 in 1998. I paid it all off in 3 years and was back in $15,000 debt by 2005. Today I am once again debt free. If you have a debt in excess of $5,000 you must attempt to pay off the most interest first, then work your way to the lower interest cards or loans. In addition, it is very important that you pay more than the minimum to avoid higher interest at the end of the month, or when your bills are due. It takes alot of sacrifice; no movies, no eating out, no coffee shops, no entertainment. You must firmly take control of your debt and tell yourself-- never again. Cut your credit cards, and make sure the creditor reports the closure to the credit bureaus. Good luck to you! @ahmedullah

Zenful, your advice is excellent. I too deal with credit card debt and have been trying to practice some of what you say but it is difficult. I have kids and they have needs that I can not always financially meet.
