Why do I have Increased resting heart rate following ablation?

After 3 month, for afib ablation heartbeat goes from 70 to over 150 without activity. What is going on? Something new?

Thank you .Had the ablation the last week of January. Went to the doctor yesterday. He’s not sure so I’m wearing a monitor for 72 hours he increased Altace 10 mg 2 times a day.
