Anyone taken Fruzaqla (fruquintinib)? What are side effects?

I have metastatic colorectal cancer, stage 3C. I have had chemo and radiation treatments over four years but all failed. It initially worked in the first few months of chemo treatment line but failed later. The cancer kept coming back and spread to other locations. I learned that my cell mutation is KRAS G12D and there is no approved FDA drugs/medications to treat this type of cancer cell at this moment.
After all chemo treatment lines are failed including a recent clinical trial, my oncologist just gave me another oral medication named FRUZAQLA.
Have you had FRUZAQLA? Do you experience any strong side effects? Thanks.

Hi @minhthanhle, I'm tagging fellow member @nrdl2879 and @cjay, who have mentioned Fruzaqla (fruquintinib) and may have experiences to share.
Minh, have you started treatment with the new drug yet? How are you doing?
I have now been prescribed Fruzaqla as my 3rd line of treatment. Has anyone had experience with this drug and how did it work for you? What side effects did you experience?
I think its method of action is interesting and may be promising if it targets the tumors and not healthy cells. I will pray it is effective for you w/out side effects.
