Has anyone used the app Visible? Is it worth it?
I was recently diagnosed and there is an app called visible that was in the materials sent out. I have a Fitbit which gives a readiness score for the day but it seems the visible app continues to monitor and help with pacing throughout the day. Any thoughts?

I haven't personally used it, but have been advertised to a ton. I ended up not using the service because of the ongoing cost and its really not realistic with my already thin budget. If you find an alternative that does work please let me know!

3 ReactionsMuch too expensive for the unit itself and the ongoing service on my limited income. I'll still be interested in what others in the forum say about it, though.

1 ReactionI have it and I'll be honest, I wish I didn't buy it. It was expensive and I was hoping it would help me.
I mean its nice that it tells me to calm down when I start over exerting, but I know that already,, cause I'm doing it. It has not predicted my crashes correctly. I will not be renewing it.

3 ReactionsI just ordered it with my HSA after doing some research myself. I’m not expecting any special magic or anything. Just would like to track how much energy I’m using through the day. So I can better budget.
I probably will only use it the 1 year. Then switch over to the Fitbit Air or something without a subscription. But from my research this should have the most realtime data points. Thing is there are new ones coming out that may surpass it soon.

2 ReactionsHi! I was also diagnosed this year with fibromyalgia and HSD (Hypermobility spectrum disorder).
I have the Visible app and I love it. I got it when I was recovering from my very first flareup and it took me like four months to feel normal again. But like the other user said below, it’s not designed to predict crashes or anything like that. This is a pacing device. It specifically helps you learn energy budgeting, and pacing. I personally struggle with resting and things like that so Visible has been very helpful for me however, I would say if you already are good at energy
Pacing and budgeting then it may not be necessary for you. I think it has been helpful for me too with all the data points. And I feel like it’s pretty accurate when provides me with a stability score. It’s also helped me understand how to pay attention to other biometric data to help understand and also explain my symptoms better to my providers. But yeah, I was not get it if you already are good with pacing your energy or if you just want a biometric device wearable that configures the data from a chronic illness perspective I also have an Oura ring. Which I also love, but from a chronic illness perspective, I think Visible’s platform is better suited to help me understand what my needs are on a daily basis if that makes sense.
