Has anyone had complications after a retropubic sling surgery?

Just wondering if anybody had complication after their sub urethral sling surgery? Since my surgery, I have had severe incontinence and I’m looking for a solution. My surgeon said this is his first case where this has happened. He is diagnosing me with severe intrinsic sphincter deficiency.
