Haemoptasis and travel

Hello,
Should I be travelling with occasional haemoptasis episodes (say 2 per year)? If so, domestic ok? international ok? This has been going on for years and I went to ER for two events, but it was not bad enough to be admitted to hospital either time. A round of steroids plus antibiotics stops it.

I have Bronchiectasis that was likely triggered by Aspergillosis (ABPA). The haemoptasis events are scary and do weigh on me. I recently found this forum and it has given me comfort knowing I am not the only one. I will start airway clearance for first time this weekend. My other Bronchiectasis symptoms are minor and I can live a full life. Even when haemoptasis occurs I can breathe just fine and feel fine. I am highly motivated to try and get a handle on this and welcome all feedback. I may pursue an NJH visit too.
