Another suggestion that might be helpful is to eat smaller, frequent meals rather than eating a full meal at one sitting. Try that and see if it helps.

How long has this been a problem for you? Is your doctor aware of these symptoms? If not, please call the office and let them know.

I eat fermented foods like organic sauerkraut, kimchi and salsa. I also drink kambucha and kefir. All very good for gut issues. I make sure I drink a lot of water too.

I am under Dr. care, he would give me med like prilosec or similiar, did I mention that I have ibs so am off caffeine, fatty fried foods and spices. About 2 years ago I went off sugar and flour and lost 35lbs. Which was very good, but this being gassy is the pits! So I take 2 probiotis 2 times a day and an enzyme before meals. Today I had a bit of natural peanut butter I hope it will be ok

Hello @toronto

It sounds like you are doing all of the right things. Have you thought of keeping a food diary to see if any food group in particular is adding to the problem? Might be worth a try.

@toronto, you mentioned diarrhea as one of the symptoms; may I ask if you've had any other symptoms such as vomiting, constipation, heartburn or blood in the stool?

I used to have diarrhea and vomiting and the Doctor said I probably have ibs, but since I watch my diet that stopped. But I was always a bit gassy and I was told to up my probiotics and take more enzyme which helped a bit.
