Glucerna protein shakes

I have been drinking protein shakes. Recently I bought glucerna.
The first one I tried I did not take creon with it. I had bad stomach cramps and diarrhea for several hours. The next day I drank another shake with my creon. This time same results but less time of diarrhea. I googled glucerna and asked if it caused diarrhea and it said "yes". It has 3 types of artificial sweeteners. That is a no no after the whipple.

@johnny1955 I am always wary of anything with artificial sweetener, “no sugar”, “diet” or “lite”. Don’t even like how they taste!

The best protein shakes I use are Equate all natural vanilla. I can only find them at Walmart (yeah, who knew) but I’ve had MC for over 35 years and these, hands down, have never given me issues. I have spent tons of more money on plant based protein drinks with far worse effects. Please don’t eat or drink anything with artificial sweeteners in it. That will only make your digestive problems worse.

I usually buy the Walmart brand also but cvs had a bargain. Some bargain. Thanks for your input.

I drink Koia protein shakes. There are lots of different flavors - my favorite is Horchata. It has pea protein, ranging from 18 - 32 grams depending on the shake, and contains cane sugar and monk fruit, 180 calories. Lactose fee, gluten free, soy free and vegan. It can be pricey so I stock up when I find it on sale. You can find it at Whole Foods (frequent sales) and Publix or you can order from Koia and Amazon. I recently tried the Koia protein soda - it was tasty but has stevia in it which I do t like. That’s available now only through the Koia website.

This isn't cheap, but it is my preferred protein drink:
Ascent 100% Whey Protein Powder - Post Workout Whey Protein Isolate, Zero Artificial Flavors & Sweeteners. I like the vanilla flavor (real vanilla) mixed with water.
