I have not felt good for a long time
Many of us here share the same. how are you not feeling well?
AWWW. We have all felt like that at one time or another. It's best described as a signal to pursue the cause. What is the back story to this?

No pity party, but I don't feel well either. When you have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and had traumatic losses (and on soc sec disability for it), you feel crappy sometimes but this morning I walked like a mile each way to the bank and CVS and I feel better, a lot. For me, (all of us?) walking is my magic elixir. And having something meaningful to do out of the house (like, for example, volunteer work with the elderly visiting at nursing homes, for example), help. May you, and we all, have a complete healing and feel well very soon. Feel better. (So glad to have this group for understanding and support. Thank you!)
