Getting back on Clomipramine

I was on Clonipraminecfor 30 years. It has heart side effects so I tried ssri Cipralex. Cipralex didn’t work and know I’m trying to get back on Clomipramine . I was off Clomipramine for 3 months. I’m back on 50 mgs. but not sleeping. It was a very bad change for me . It has been adrenaline surges, anxiety and depression is creeping in. I could use some support.
