Foot drop

Posted by @huckabyr, Feb 2, 2012

I currently am suffering from foot drop as the result of hip surgery due to an auto accident. Within the last two months my foot has begun to tingle. I have been told that’s a good sign that the feeling is returning to my foot. Does anyone know if this is true?

Did the surgery affect a nerve in your leg? The tingling may be due to regeneration of the affected nerve. Please contact your doctor.
