Following a self-inflicted, severe episode of dehydration in 2011 I have been diagnosed to have "Neuropathy". affecting ONLY my fingers and the lower arms (sensitiveness against cold temperatures, and slight tingling sensations). No other symptoms whatsoever, no diabetics, as I consider myself to be otherwise quite healthy.
As an active outdoor person and a mountaineer I need to be very careful in higher elevations with sub-zero temperatures, and to prevent my hands to get wet.
Anyone can relate to this phenomenon caused by dehydration? Pls. share, thx.
