Feels like bugs in my dad's throat

My dad has developed this problem with he feels like there are bugs in his throat. So, within the last few years he has gotten a pacemaker and finding the right prescriptions. This summer the doctor has changed his medication for his heart. Blood pressure and heart rhythm. Now he feels like there are bugs biting him in his throat. Can you give me quidance?

Hi @dadsdaughter, this is a very specific question. It sounds like it might be a rare side effect of your father's heart medication. What medication is he taking now? Have you and your Dad talked about this phenomenom with his cardiologist?
