Fatigue

Posted by lfusilli @lfusilli, Jun 3 11:28am

I had my fourth shot of Pluvicto along with injections of Xgeva and I am finding that my fatigue has been increasing more than I wish to get through the day
Does anybody have any answers for more energy? Leo

I'm 3 shots in using Lupron (3 to go - 18 months total) - hate it - and have the same question about fatigue. All the other symptoms seem to work on adding to fatigue too - like the weight gain; night hot flashes that interrupt sleep; etc. Seems like exercise and activity are a big part of combating it - but that hasn't helped me much. Interested to hear what other people have used to combat it.

Are you only on Lupron? Is it possible you’re taking another drug with it?

Exercise can make a major difference for people. Running or walking very fast can help. Doing weight training exercises is really important when having it for that long because it will weaken your muscles a lot.

I use an Embrlabs, com wave 2 device To stop the night hot flashes And it helps during the day too. There are two buttons you can set one for day and one for night. If you do get one, ask me for instructions on how to set it up the best I’ve been using them for over five years.

This is pretty standard for Pluvicto. Usually people get three to five days of fatigue Before it gets better and then they feel good And then have the next session.

I don’t know if there’s any solution to it. You might ask your doctor if a steroid would reduce the fatigue.
