Facebook Live: Patient Views on the Burden of Cardiovascular Illness

During this live discussion, women living with heart disease talked about the “work of being a patient” and how providers can help them reduce their burden of illness. Dr. Farris Timimi, Cardiologist at Mayo Clinic, moderated. This patient panel was part of Heart Disease in Women: A New Era of Understanding, Recognition, Prevention, Diagnosis and Treatment 2016; and WomenHeart Science & Leadership Symposium at Mayo Clinic.

Thank you for the question. Today's webinar is with other patients talking about the burden of illness. Have you talked to your doctor or pharmacist about red yeast as a replacement for statin?
