Struggling with eye glasses after bilateral TMJ replacement surgery

I am currently about 7weeks post op from bilateral TMJ replacement surgery. After 4 other surgery over the last 30 years I am happy to say I am very pleased!

However I am still struggling to wear my glasses the nerve pain is real and gives me a headache. I have never really been able wear contacts. And I can’t get in to see my eye doctor for a month.
Anyone else have this issues and what at the recommendation on this. I have one more week and I need to return to work and I worried.
