Expression of Our Feelings

Posted by piglit @piglit, May 26, 2012

Hello my dear friends I thought that I would start a new post for us and just see how it goes. Each and everyday we experience different ways that we feel. We may feel happy, sad, grumpy, overjoyed. Feelings have a special place in our daily life and I thought that if we wrote and explained how we felt it would be good for us. Anyway let's see how it goes. You may even like to add a little quote as well. Take care hope to hear from you Annie

My dear friends i welcome you again to express our feelings. I today have chosen Kindness and Hope. I wish your day to be filled with the kindness of others and the hope we all need to uplift our spirits.

Kindness
Love and kindness are never wasted,
They always make a difference,
They bless the one who receives them,
and they bless you the giver.

Always remember my dear friends.
No act of kindness,
however small,
is ever wasted.

Hope
The wings of hope carry us,
soaring high above the driving winds
of life.

Remember also my dear friends,
When the world says "Give up"
Hope whispers,
'Try it one more time'

Always here for you my dear friends
Hugs
Annie

Piglet......you seem like a very happy lady. I have moved to a new city and am 72 yrs. old. Making friends has been difficult but I manage to keep myself fairly contented with mny knitting, reading, puppy and family. At the moment I am battling bladder infection and nothing is working at the moment. Friends are the garden of life and I left my garden in Calgary. Having family close is wonderful but they are very busy. At times, I have been able to voice my feelings to old friends and it feels so good. I have found a church that is a good place to meet people but my health hasn't been good. I will check in again tomorrow to see what is going on. Mary Ann........from New Westminster.

hI PIGLIT......I am home from my first day out all week. Felt good to get out of my four walls. They are dismantling the parking lot for patients at the lab so I had to haul my walker up and down a few stairs but people are so kind when they see that you are struggling. A lovely lady helped me up and I asked a young fellow to help me down. People don't mind helping. Took my puppy to the park so she could run then came home and slept for two hours. The lab assistant said I wouldn't find out what the problem is until next week so I still have a few days to wait. Blue Bloods is on tonight. I love that program and the actors....yum yum!!!!! bye for now.

Isn't it great that we have this wonderful 'garden of friends' here? Friends that we don't have to get dressed for and get to wherever they are to be 'together'. When we are just not up to much physically it can be so isolating. My friends here help me not to isolate (thanks)
so welcome aboard Mary Ann
