Expectations of Mayo?

Quote: "Our team approach means that you'll never have to search for answers alone. Your Mayo Clinic team will be hand-picked according to your unique needs. It will likely include specialists within and across departments to evaluate your condition from fresh perspectives."
But - I've just called and been passed from department to department within Pediatrics. Am I asking for the wrong thing? is there a code word to get the type of experience I've read about for decades? I feel like I just made my first trip to disneyworld, only to find Mickey smoking and the rides held up with duct tape. How do I get my child the team approach for his unsolved pain / symptoms of 12 months?

@confusedaboutmayo I’m so sorry that your experience at the Children’s Center hasn’t lived up to the expectations. I strongly encourage you to contact the Office of Patient Experience. They will want to know what happened and how this can be remedied to maintain our standards of service.
