If you didn’t have these issues prior to starting this medication have you checked with your doctor or the information the pharmacy provides?

I am currently with Hospice thru Medicare and serve by PA's and am very happy with their concern.. I believe the sleep medication is trizodone,, I'm sure if that's the right spelling

@jakedduck1 Using the phone? I'm on my phone now and had the same issue....couldn't get the trash can to delete, no matter how many times I tapped or hit it...wouldn't work. Could be an IT issue...@colleenyoung, @johnbishop blessings, Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth, Sometimes the trash can icon is a little too small to "accurately" select it with your finger. When it happens to me, I "stretch" the screen using two fingers to make it larger then I can more easily select the trash can.

I figured it out after doing what you did. You can delete each notification separately but need to go thru all notifications before you click the ‘delete all’ button. When you’ve read all notifications, then it’s ok to delete all.

@migizii. Thx for telling me this! Although now I must have about 300, I guess I’ll just let them pile up🤪

@migizii

Maybe I’m missing some of your conversations and forgive me if I’m speaking out of turn, but if this is regarding deleting all the notifications, you don’t need to read through all of them before you can Delete All.

Id rather read a page at a time and delete that page. I have to hit the garbage can several times to delete the message. I guess I’ll have to get used to the garage can.

I have been using the trash can but it's not working. I deleted numerous pages but when I went back to pg 1 there were 4 pages. Be nice to delete a page at a time.
Anyone else have this problem?

@ess77 and @migizii, I have found that changing from email to on-site notifications to a little get used to, but, like @amandajro, I much prefer it now and find it faster. How are you doing with the on-site notifications now? Have you found an approach that works for you?

@migizii, you do not have to delete each notification separately if you do not want to. As Lori mentioned, you can deleted all of them and start at zero again.

The feedback from everyone is really useful to help us perfect the system.

Several people were having issues with on-site notifications if they are using the browser Duck Duck Go. We're working on resolving the issue. If you are using Duck Duck Go, try switching to Chrome, Safari or other browser until we fix the issue with Duck duck Go.

@ess77, sometimes people will go on a tangent in a discussion - such is conversation. So that's probably why you saw fibro messages in the dry eyes discussion.

@jakedduck1, you can delete notifications in 2 ways: one at a time or all of them in one swoop as you discovered. Deleting one page at a time or selecting a number to delete at once is a good idea. For example, I would like to be able to filter all the messages associated with a specific discussion and then delete those messages in one go. Great idea. I'll submit it to the developers.

The trash can works for me on my Android phone and on my iPad. Jake, can you describe what is not working with the trash can?

I have recently been on a medication to induce sleep and it seems to be working. Thanx for your time.....

Hi @roberteastman, I'm afraid your messages and hospice and sleep are getting mixed up in a discussion about technical issue reporting. You might wish to post to the Sleep Health group here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/sleep-health/

@colleenyoung
I there were 6 or 8 pages of notices. I read them and trashed one by one. After I deleted the last one I went to the first page to see if any new messages came in but all the messages were still there so I deleted all of them.
