I was checking notifications for something @imallears posted but I only get page 1. There are 4 pages, it doesn’t matter which page # I tap I always get page 1.

I do not like this new format, thus far. It is confusing and difficult to find what you’re looking for or just to read what others have to say. Nothing comes to my email anymore. I have to come to this specific site; scroll all over; only 4 of 122 notifications come up…..why did they make such drastic changes without some preparatory work with members…..

I'm having the same issue, Jake. The pagination on the notifications page doesn't seem to be working. I've reported it to the tech team. If I review and delete all the notifications on page 1, I can get to the other pages however. Kinda forces you to get to all your notifications doesn't it. But that's not the way it should function. We'll get it fixed.

@migizii, thanks for your feedback. Let me help you get over the new humps and bumps.
A. On-Site Notifications: To see all your notifications, click on the bell icon and then click view all. See the image below.
B. Email notifications: You will get fewer emails. This was a big complaint of many members that the email volume was overwhelming. You can choose to continue to get emails for every new post if you wish. Here's how:
1. Choose a group you wish to follow from the Group Directory in the menu (☰) https://connect.mayoclinic.org/groups/
2. Open the group.
3. Click the 3 dots (…) and select "Get emails for all new posts in this group"
See the second image below.

When you open the notification page (View All) or go here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/notifications/, there is a little red trash can beside each notification. After you've reviewed it or replied, you can delete it.

Jeez, I know I’m computer illiterate but even I can recognize a garbage can.
I thought there might be a way to erase the whole page at once hidden somewhere. It’s working good now!!!
Thank you,
Jake

Jake, you can clear all notifications (erase everything on the page). Here's how.
1. Go to notifications https://connect.mayoclinic.org/notifications/
2. Click Actions.
3. Select Clear all Notifications.
@colleenyoung , I just tried the Search feature, over a list of members to a group, I think it was the Let's go for a Walk thread with so many postings and members. I searched for myself (erin), wondering if I'd see all my posts in that thread. Instead, I found another Erin, which was nice, (not in that group, it searched everywhere), and it also matched the word "urinate"! Urinate was bold in the postings, so I'll have to think that Erin matches urine on the New Connect!
@Erinmfs I guess I don’t have a blue house! :(. Oh well. I’ll keep exercising Connect!
Yes, I do have a blue house! You must have one, too!

Thank you, I’ll try to figure out how to delete. Maybe then I can find Mary’s post.
Thanks again,
Jake
