@sandydominy1 Thanks for sharing this article about Duke’s recent research showing that “exercise improves how cancer patients feel during and after treatments, and may also extend their lives.” Exercise has always been an important part of my health and wellbeing. However, I acknowledge staying physical while undergoing treatment and managing symptoms of disease can be challenging.

How do you know what is the right amount? When do you push yourself and how far?
