Exercising at right time reduces Prostate Cancer risk

Exercising is always beneficial for your health, but if you’re trying to optimize your workout, there is one specific time slot that has been proven to make the most significant difference in lowering your risk of cancer. A Sept. 2020 study published by the International Journal of Cancer (IJC) found evidence that indicates exercising early in the morning can lower your risk of developing breast and prostate cancer. @mrbill, have you changed your workout time to the morning hours between 8-10am since reading this article? What changes, if any, have you made in your exercise routine?


Really no changes in routine. Maybe added few more lifts. I sure did change the time. Used to be before going to bed. Now between 8 and 10am in the morning. Maybe my imagination, but I feel better. The thought "yikes, I still have to exercise" now does not enter my mind at night. Just a little more relaxed when I do go to bed.
