@mrbill, have you changed your workout time to the morning hours between 8-10am since reading this article? What changes, if any, have you made in your exercise routine?

Really no changes in routine. Maybe added few more lifts. I sure did change the time. Used to be before going to bed. Now between 8 and 10am in the morning. Maybe my imagination, but I feel better. The thought "yikes, I still have to exercise" now does not enter my mind at night. Just a little more relaxed when I do go to bed.
