Evenity - Bloating AND too much calcium
My stomach feels like there is a basketball inside of it. It’s terribly uncomfortable. I was taking calcium supplement 1200 mg x 2 a day. I just found out that’s too much. I research and research and my doctor says stomach ulcer. Zero energy.

How long have you been on Evenity? When did bloating start? Thought my problem was related to other meds I am taking and never thought to question Evenity. Joanne

The reason I asked about location is that I have read a few reports of people having the shots in their stomach.
@gravity3 I had the shots in my belly for 7 months. Lots of bruising, discomfort and my belly got quite big and hard. I switched to my arms for the next 3 injections and have now seen some reduction in my belly size and it's not hard anymore. I have no idea if switching locations made this difference or going back to 18/6 fasting a few days per week was the kicker, or a bit of both.

3 ReactionsTaking that much calcium can cause severe constipation and a large stool burden in the intestines. Did your doctor address that possibility?
