Erectile Dysfunction

Posted by ronim2 @ronim2, Nov 24, 2025

I am in my late 70’s. In 2018 I had a robotic prostate removal. As a result I have permanent ed. For over 5 years no sex and no orgasms.,I did not and do not want the devices inserted into my penis for artificial erection. Then I started masturbating. It was ok but no intimacy. I started to watch porn to assist. My wife also lost intimacy but no effect on our relationship. Then I started to harbour homosexual thoughts because I wanted a different form of satisfaction. I am not into anal but would like to relate in a non- penetrative way.
The question is has anyone experiencing the same issue. Is this something I should pursue further?

Have you talked with your wife about it as she has an anus too? Some women actually enjoy it.

@bajjerfan He said that he is not into that.
@ronim2: I don’t think that homosexual desires arise as a result of ED and not having sex. Maybe you always harbored but suppressed them. On a different note, have you thought about injections if you don’t want implants?

I understand injections do not work because all the nerves were removed. But if it does cause an erection not sure I want to use that method because does not sound comfortable.
