Hi there! I probably couldn’t advise on foods, but because of my health situation, I’ve had to look closely at the whole water thing. There was a book by a man called Dr Batmanghedi (I think that is how you spell it). In his book he says “you’re not sick, you’re thirsty). He believes that hydration is a huge part of the cure for most diseases. Maybe its worth having a quick look at the book?
i read your other post… you mention something about burning in your mouth..
You should make an appointment with your doctor. I found this site with some information that might interest you.

good luck!
Sorry, Cheryl, just getting back to reply. I hope your doctor can help you. I do not know what your diagnoses are and therefore, I cannot answer your question. I know that having Sjogren’s Syndrome, my body is chronically dry inside out. And I do think there is somehing to what others are saying about drinking water. I do not like water and have a hard time drinking it; but I think we both might need to work on that. What do you think?
@shewolf
My gut instinct is not to look for medication to fix this, but simply to drink cold, filtered water at regular intervals.
