Drug sequencing

I’ve been reading about the importance of OP drug sequencing. It seems like the newer bone building drugs don’t work as well if you’ve been on a Bisphosphonate. This is really frightening to me, as I was on recast for 3 years, then needed time off for major dental work, I’ve been off of the Reclast 19 months now. I’ve been reading my results will be blunted now because of the Recast. The Endo doc suggested Forteo for 2 years, then back on Recast for 3 years. Giving myself shots everyday to have little improvement, also very important, how long is it recommended to be off of Recast before starting Forteo, I expect the longer the better, I expect there are many people in my situation going from a Bisphosphonate to a bone building drug, I’d love to know what results you had
