Anyone know of ongoing CAR-T trials on Jak2 MPNs?

Dose Any Institue/Hospital has ongoing CAR-T trail on Jak2 MPNs?
or Plans?

Newly diagnosed relative needed information about this treatment, along with other treatements, CAR-T sounds promising, but not many development.

There are news about CAR-T breakthrough on Carl mutation MPNs in England. But not on Jak2.

Welcome @lewiet to Mayo Connect

I also have MPN primary myelofibrosis. My mutation is MPL. I have heard of genomic trials that have focused on CALR mutation and are successful. I believe I’ve read about a possible next trial on JAK mutation but I’m not certain. There is nothing on the horizon for my MPL.
INCA033989 (Phase 1/3 Program):Target: A first-in-class, Fc-silent monoclonal antibody developed by Incyte that binds selectively to mutant CALR in complex with the thrombopoietin receptor (MPL), inducing endocytosis and shutting down oncogenic JAK/STAT signaling.Clinical Activity: Recent data presentations (such as at the EHA meeting) in myelofibrosis (MF) and essential thrombocythemia (ET) patients showed robust spleen volume reductions (SVR35 achieved in ~40–47% of patients), symptom burden improvements, durable anemia responses, and significant decreases in mutant allele variant allele frequency (VAF).Trial Status: Evaluated under clinical identifier NCT06034002 (Phase 1), with ongoing evolution toward a broader Phase 3 program.

Welcome, @lewiet. I added your discussion to the Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) & CAR-T Cell Therapy Support Group as well as the Blood Cancers & Disorders Support Group.

Here is a list of all the CAR-T cell related clinical trials currently happending at Mayo Clinic https://www.mayo.edu/research/clinical-trials/tests-procedures/car-t-cell-therapy
Using the clinical trial search function, I didn't find any specific to JAK2. You can contact a research coordinator to help find available trials at Mayo and elsewhere:

If you use the search bar in the Blood Cancers support group, you'll find many helpful discussions on JAK2. https://connect.mayoclinic.org/group/blood-cancers-disorders/
