Does anyone have degenerative bone disease

I have that and osteoporosis. I can't afford any of the medication for it. I just try to take calcium

Are you saying that you do not have insurance that might cover meds for osteoporosis? What has your physician recommended as a treatment plan?

I'm taking 1000 mg of turmeric, 2000 IU Vitamin D, glucosamine chondroitin, 2000 mg calcium, magnesium and K2 for my bones and joints, plus moderate exercise. No meds.

Degenerative bone disease is commonly known as osteoarthritis. I think most of us have both of these.
