Does anyone have Bilateral Nephrostomy Tubes ?

I have (my kidneys were at 20%) severe Bilateral Hydronephrosis and needed Nephrostomy Tubes inserted by interventional radiologist. Did anyone decide to live with the tubes or have Ilium Conduit surgery?
