Last week l was admitted in the hospital after falling at the doctors office. Yesterday l went to get a copy of my medical records. So they mailed it and l got it today. The craziest things on my report was they told me l had hepatic encephalopathy and cirrhosis. Well when l had my biopsy it came back negative that was in 2015. Then last year at the mayo clinic it also came back as negative for cirrhosis. Then they said l had a TIA mimi stroke. When l went to the hospital before with possible stroke symptoms they told me l didn't have one which l thought it was ammonia levels that were high. Then they said l hav frontal degenerative memory. I had a PET test last year at the mayo clinic and it came back normal and my memory is fine. Then this was the kicker. I had encephalitis since 1997 and the mayo clinic said l had autoimmune encephalitis and my doctor disagreed with them. Oh and they said my ammonia levels were normal but l only had 2 test. One when l was first admitted and the second one when l was discharged and all the other times when l needed assistance to walk to go to the bathroom they didn't check my levels at all. Then l had my neurologist and hematologist tell me everything was ok they found nothing and they said l.can go home but on my chart it says patient insisted to leave. Do you think they are trying to cover up what the mayo clinic said that was misdiagnosed?
