Do you use your anxiety in a productive fashion? I ‘ve found i can channel it sometimes to anticipate work issues.

I too have anxiety sometimes and find that when I don’t let it debilitate me, i’m able to channel it into getting things done. Never, it is mostly debilitating.
I don’t know.it can be hard 2 cope with.That’s(chanel it)good.I cope with chronic pain 2.So,it’s challenging!Thx!LE

I know what you mean. I depend on klonopin in the morning to get methrough. My doctor just gave me extra in case I need it. I have been on itfor years and it helps. I tried getting off it recently and I had to getback on it,
It’s hard to figure ways to use your anxiety productively. I have socialand general anxiety. I have a lot of trouble being around people evenfamily. I worry for months about upcoming events like Christmas.
If anyone has any help pls let us know. I cannot afford a therapist.

Seek group support then. Read independently. A good Cognitive Behavioralaproach is DIALECTICAL BEHAVIORAL THERAPY. But there are others, likedesensitization therapy.
Not ever okay just to solely rely on a benzodiazepine.
