Do you pee yourself in the daytime and the nighttime?

I'm so sorry you have this awful incontinence problem! And being homeless and without family too! That must be terrible for you. I can relate to the incontinence problem because I have the same thing; day and night. For a while I had an injection that worked great! No more leaking! But when I went back for another injection they weren't offering it anymore. They just suggested I live with it! So, I am. I use pads but they are very expensive. One thing that helped was I put a washcloth on top of the pad and toilet paper on top of that. That way, you use less pads. Also I don't drink much liquid before I go anywhere. However, you don't want to become dehydrated.
One thing that helps me is prayer. God made me and he can fix me. Although he hasn't yet, but I keep praying and having faith that he will. I hope you can get back with your daughter and find a home that you can afford. I'll say a prayer for you.

That sounds very distressing. Based on your situation, can you apply with a social worker in your community for benefits? You might qualify for benefits including medical care, housing and other support. I would think a doctor could determine the cause of your condition and offer some options. Best of luck with everything.

So very sorry to hear your current situation. I will pray for you-that’s all I can do. It’s a real nasty that UTI. I think I’ve tried most everything.
