Suggest seeing GI specialist. Could be gas too, laying on left side helps to relieve it.

There are a lot of things it could be. As mjzd said you need to see a gastroenterologist for help in a diagnosis .. if you have not already.
Meantime… keep a journal. It will help in figuring out if you have trigger foods, activities that might trigger your symptoms… write how you feel too. Stress and worry can also trigger symptoms.
