Ive about had it with my gut. And diets, not the calorie counting kind, the id like to eat without my body spitting out its wrath on me kind.
This year I was officially branded with Ibs, add that to slow-transit constipation. You know how messed up that is?
Ive been put on so many diets its not funny. Low fodmap, low fiber, high fiber, gluten free, low inflammation, and the ever so handy liquid diet. Good grief.
No one tells you that these diets can cancel eachothers "ok" items out, so there is literally just water to pick from.
This whole Ibs-Stc is confusing, mind numbing and drains everything out of me at times.
Im not saying i want to eat junk, i just want to eat and not have to worry about an unpleasant outcome.
