Dermatomyositis….is anyone taking Rinvoq for treatment?

I am newly diagnosed and am interested in other patients experience in taking Rinvoq, ie side effects etc. I am especially concerned with the cardiac side effects. I’ve never had a heart attack or stroke, but I do have A Fib as well as an abnormal blood clotting defect which makes my blood clot more than normal. I take Diltiazem and Xarelto on a daily basis but still have a concern I may be exposing myself to an increased risk….opinions anyone??
