CRPS

Having CRPS in my feet and toes, are there any specific foods that are recommended for helping with nerve damage or neuropathy. Also, what should I avoid regarding foods and beverages , and does having a beer here and there have any influence on my condition ? This is my introduction to a discussion group so thanks in advance for your patience in asking some possibly strange questions.

I do not have CRPS, but I do have severe neuropathy in the balls of both feet, and all my toes. I have never found any food to hurt or help. The only thing I could say, is that people with Diabetic neuropathy have to watch what they eat. I have never been aware of anything else. Some people say not to drink alcohol with neuropathy. I have wine occasionally, and it hasn't changed anything. Hope this helps. Lori Renee

I’ve heard alcohol can construct your nerves and make the condition worse.
What do you take that helps with your neuropathy.? I need to take gabapentum and oxycodone to tamp down the pain, although it never goes away completely. Thanks for any input
