CREATINE- New discovery for me anyways
So in my never ending battle of Foot pressure Pain etc. I had an old container of Creatine, I had picked up along the way for some other reason. And decided to research its benefits and uses. Thx for sharing. I'm starting creatine for possible muscle/brain improvements....but I'll take any relief of my chronic foot pain as well!

I am looking very interested in Creatine, so I'm hoping for an update!

I have been taking creatine for 3 months after reading a study about 65 year old women using it in along with resistance/weight training. I thought it might help me slow down muscle loss. I do notice a difference, unlike most supplements I take. I think it has slightly increased my stamina, and I have less brain fog. I am giving it another 3 months...
