I'm looking for one myself. If you find anything, please share with me.

I have heard of a mouth insert - a dental solution, but have not tried it. I use a c-pap and had to try several different types of masks to find one comfortable enough.

does anyone with sleep aprna have arm and leg ach's during night

yes to both. the leg is the worst since is started months ago and has now gotten to the point where it feels it is on fire on the inside. Now my arm has started to ache also. you can get a drug from your doctor for *restless leg syndrome#. It is called ropinirol but you will need a script.

I am so glad I read your letter. It pays to be aware. Yes, I have similar issues but thought it just came from stretching and work in garden. This sleep issue is so, so complex. My main issue is the stuffy nose at night. I put the CPAP off -- sit up lot. Tend to take naps at odd times. So, so hard to explain to doctor. People do not know what you are going through until you experience the same. We are all different. I have never been obsessed with health issues. I tend to seek a solution to everything and get on with life but this sleep problem has me dragging. Take care and just try to look for help and answers. There is a Sleep Association.

Can you give me more information on sleep apnea. My sleep is poor. I feel tired all the time but my fear is that I feel like I stop breathing a few x's a night. I become afraid. Thx
