COVID Vaccination
I’ve had a strong immune response to each COVID vaccination I’ve received - fever, body aches, chills for 1-3 days. I did have COVID once and the overt symptom was a severe sore throat.
Does anyone have any advice concerning the cost/benefit of my getting the latest vaccination given that I have a 4.5 cm thoracic aortic aneurysm?

There's a lot of information that you're not including here that would definitely impact any "cost/benefit" advice on this forum. Your best bet would be to discuss your concerns with your primary care physician and your cardiologist. They should have a clear understanding of your health, as well as your ability to deal with side effects of an important vaccine that might possibly affect your aneurysm. FYI.....I have taken the covid vaccine annually since it became available, had Covid a number of times, and also have a thoracic aneurysm...currently 4.5cm.... that has grown slowly over the past 8 years, but has stabilized due to improved BP control. I'm a 71 y.o male.
@ctflyr My cardiologist’s office responded to my query by supplying no information on cost/benefit and saying that’s it’s up to be to decide whether or not I want to be vaccinated.
