Posted by Sheryl M Ness, MA, RN @smness, Mar 14, 2014

Have you ever wondered what the inside of a colon looks like? Here’s your chance.

On Tuesday, March 18, the Mayo Clinic Cancer Education Center will host a public event on colon cancer awareness from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in Rochester, Minn. in the Cancer Education Center on the lobby level of the Gonda Building downtown.

Patients, families and the public are invited to get the latest updates related to prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and care of colon cancer.
