Chronic sinusitis with polyp-like tissue growth in my sinuses

"I am dealing with chronic rhinosinusitis. My recent imaging confirms ongoing inflammation and structural swelling, specifically presenting as polypoidal mucosal thickening in my bilateral sinuses.
I am dealing with heavy, systemic fatigue and brain fog. Also, I am finding it very difficult to learn new tasks. When I try to learn something new, I feel overwhelmed and quickly forget the steps. "I am currently navigating some challenges with my short- term memory and learning new workflows. To make sure I do my best work, I rely heavily on written notes, step-by-step checklists, and calendar reminders.
For now I am seeking long term management strategy to reduce this inflammation and clear the obstruction."

I had a long term sinus infection following surgery that was not cleared up by antibiotics. My nasal passages were completely blocked on the side of my surgery and filled with fluid. It required a balloon sinuplasty to clear up the infection.
I also had significant fatigue post surgery/radiation and brain fog. I need to make lists and add notes to my calendar on my phone. I also forget names and have word-finding issues more than before radiation. . .

Severe fatigue and memory loss, these are the two things that I am concerned the most about it. This fatigue is killing me slowly."It feels like my body is running on a critically low battery that never recharges, no matter how much I rest." I am fearing that my body might shut down suddenly.
Also, I have a constant high-pitched ringing in my ears (tinnitus) and a severe aching sensation in my one ear. I've noticed I've been having trouble remembering recent conversations, and it's making me a bit worried.

@anndri3 it may slowly improve with time. Make sure to get enough protein and try to increase physical activity as you are able. Gradual changes add up over time. Maybe consult a nutritionist and get referrals for OT and/or PT. I would consume bottles of Premier Protein— low sugar and 30 gr of protein. Also stay hydrated— appointment eating and drinking so you don’t just fade away. I slept and napped most of the time during radiation and a few months afterwards.
Take good care. My surgeons would ask how I felt and I would say, ‘I’m not dead yet.’ They didn’t know how to take it but it was true for me at the time. A year and a half later things have improved.

@anndri3
Thank you for taking the time to advise me, but my fatigue is unresponsive to nutritional therapy, hydration, and lifestyle pacing.
I’m completely exhausted sadly…
