Chronic lower back and abdominal pain

Experiencing lots of lower back & abdominal pain, occasional chill & fever the past 4 weeks
Urinalysis result: Leukocytes 125
Urine Culture: Mixed flora suggestive of urethral 10-100 M CFU/L
and/or fecal contamination
Any recommendations?
Is there anything else I can do to make the pain go away?
